Accordingly, SEM has acceded to a requested extended deadline of the end of January 2020, for the Company to file and publish its audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 as well as the Abridged Unaudited Financial Statements for the 3 months ended 31 May 2019, 6 months ended 31 August 2019 and the 9 months ended 30 November 2019 on or before 31 January 2020.
