                                          ASX Trading Halt


Kore Potash, the potash exploration and development company whose flagship asset is the 97%-
owned Sintoukola Potash Project (“Kola” or the “Project”), advises that trading in the shares of the
Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) and the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange Limited (“JSE”).

The halt was requested by the Company to address questions raised by the ASX relating to certain
technical disclosure requirements in the Company’s announcement on 17 December 2019, titled
“Projects Update”. The Company is currently working with the ASX to resolve their queries and will
advise the market of the outcome as soon as practically possible.

The trading halt will remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above
or the opening of trade on ASX and JSE on 24 December 2019.

Trading in the Company’s ordinary shares will continue on AIM during this period.
