NOTICE OF EARLY REDEMPTION OF €400,000,000 3.750 PERCENT GUARANTEED NOTES


NEPI Rockcastle’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NE Property BV (“the Issuer”), has given notice to the holders
of the €400,000,000 3.750 percent Guaranteed Notes, due 26 February 2021, (ISIN: XS1325078308) (the
"Notes") that all of the presently outstanding Notes (€197,800,000 in aggregate principal amount being
outstanding as of the date of the notice), will be redeemed by the Issuer on 21 January 2020 pursuant to, 
and in accordance with, Condition 6(c) (Redemption and Purchase – Make-whole call) of the Conditions of the
Notes.

The redemption of the Notes forms part of NEPI Rockcastle’s active liability management strategy, which
focuses on improving NEPI Rockcastle’s cost of capital and extending its debt maturity profile. The
redemption of the Notes is supported by the comfortable liquidity position of the group.
