VALUE OF TEXTAINER UNBUNDLING SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the Circular dated 18 September 2019, which contained details regarding the Unbundling to
Shareholders of the Unbundling Shares, as well as the finalisation announcement released on 2 December 2019 advising that
all conditions precedent to the Unbundling had been fulfilled and that the Unbundling would be implemented on 17 December
2019. Capitalised terms (i.e. denoted by words with a capitalised first letter) used in this announcement shall bear the same
meaning as ascribed to them in the Circular.
Shareholders are advised that the value per Unbundling Share has been determined as R148,17, based on the ruling price (as
defined in the Income Tax Act) of a Textainer Share (share code: TXT) on the JSE at close of business on 13 December 2019,
being the last business day prior to the Unbundling implementation date of 17 December 2019.
