RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Shareholders are advised that Mr Bram Goossens has resigned as a director and Chief Financial Officer with
effect from 31 December 2019. Equites thanks Mr Goossens for his valuable contribution over the last five
years. The Company has appointed Ms Laila Razack, current Executive: Group Finance, as interim Chief
Financial Officer. Ms Razack has been an integral part of the Equites finance team over the past four years.
The process to appoint a permanent Chief Financial Officer is underway.
