The board of directors of Nictus (the directors) announce the consolidated 
interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 September 2019. 
This short-form announcement is only a summary of the full announcement 
which is published on our website and accessible via the JSE link (as 
mentioned below) and which is available for inspection at our registered

Some financial and salient indicators of the six months ended
30 September 2019 include:
- Group revenue increased by 17,7% to R26,4 million;
- Basic earnings per share for the period increased by 83,6% to 
5,95 cents per share; and
- Headline earnings per share for the period increased by 83,6% 
to 5,95 cents per share.

Dividend
No interim dividend was declared for either the current or the prior period.

The board declared a final dividend of 3,75 cents per ordinary share for 
the year ended 31 March 2019 on Friday, 28 June 2019, to all ordinary 
shareholders recorded in the books of Nictus at the close of business on 
Friday, 19 July 2019. The dividend was paid on Monday, 22 July 2019.
