Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders are advised that Mr Rob Huddy
has resigned as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr Huddy has agreed to
stay on until 31 July 2020 for continuity purposes.

Further, shareholders are advised that Mr Graham Tyrrell has resigned as company secretary of the
Company with effect from 01 March 2020. The board of directors of the Company is in the process of
appointing Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company Proprietary Limited as company secretary.

The board of directors would like to thank Rob and Graham for their service to the group over the years
and wishes them well for the future.
