Withdrawal of Notice of General Meeting

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on Friday, 25 October 2019
regarding the proposed adoption of the CSG employee incentive Bonus Share Plan (“Bonus
Share Plan”) as set out in the circular (“Circular”) which was posted to shareholders on the
same date.

The Circular also incorporated a notice convening a general meeting of shareholders on
Friday, 22 November 2019 (“General Meeting”) for the purpose of considering, and, if deemed
fit, passing, with or without modification, the resolutions contained in such notice, including the
adoption of the Bonus Share Plan.

Following further engagement with shareholders, the board is reconsidering certain aspects
of the Bonus Share Plan raised and consequently has decided to withdraw the notice of
General Meeting and cancel the General Meeting to which the notice related. Shareholders
will be advised of developments relating to the Bonus Share Plan in due course.
