CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Company announces that Cindy Hess has resigned as independent non-executive director and as member of the
audit and risk committee and member of the social and ethics committee with effect from 15 November 2019 to
pursue other commitments.

We thank Cindy for her contribution to the board of directors for the period that she served, and wish her well with
her future endeavours.
