Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 18 November 2019 is 6.8% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 17 February 2020 (Following Business Day*),
for the period 16 November 2019 to 16 February 2020, will be calculated based on a rate of 7.85%
p.a. (105 bps over JIBAR).

* When the interest payment date falls on a non-business day, such interest payment will be paid on the
  first business day after the weekend or public holiday.

Next reset date: 17 February 2020.
