DEALING IN SECURITIES

Further to the announcement dated 1 November 2019 relating to the
decision by Mr J Halamandres to settle a loan obligation with Famous
Brands securities, shareholders are advised of the following in
compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited (“JSE”):

The loan obligation, which is in terms of a loan agreement entered
into between the director and an independent third party financial
institution,   was  disclosed as required  by the JSE Listings
Requirements when the director elected to make settlement with Famous
Brands securities in accordance with the terms of that loan.

The prior approval of the Chairman for the above transaction was
obtained.
