NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that a notice of annual general meeting of EOH shareholders (“the AGM”),
accompanied by summarised annual financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2019, has been dispatched
and is available on the Company’s website at:

Shareholders are referred to the provisional reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the year
ended 31 July 2019, released on SENS on 15 October 2019 on which the auditors expressed a qualified
opinion (full details of which are contained in the provisional reviewed results announcement) and are advised
that the summarised annual financial statements contains no changes from the provisional reviewed results
previously published on SENS.
The AGM will be held at 10h00 on Thursday, 5 December 2019 in the auditorium of the Company, EOH
Office Park, Ground Floor, Block D, 1 Osborne Lane, Bedfordview, 2007 for the purpose of considering, and,
if deemed fit, passing with or without modification, the ordinary and special resolutions set out therein. The
last day to trade in EOH shares in order to be recorded in the register to be entitled to vote at the AGM will
be Tuesday, 26 November 2019 and the record date for the purposes of determining which shareholders of
the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the AGM will be Friday, 29 November 2019.
The integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 July 2019,
will be published on the Company’s website on or about 13 November 2019 and a further announcement in
this respect will be made in due course.
