Delisting of 600 000 SAProp Income securities

Investors are advised that 600 000 CoreShares SAProp Income securities will be delisted from the JSE
at an issue price of R14.91 per security. Following the delisting there will be 26 422 621 CoreShares
SAProp Income securities in issue with effect from 6 November 2019
