CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following changes to
the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”)
The Board hereby notifies shareholders that Imraan Moosa (“Imraan”)
has resigned as the chief financial officer     of the Company with
effect from 31 October 2019 for personal reasons.

Brent Robertson (“Brent”) has been appointed as the new chief
financial officer with immediate effect. Brent is a qualified
Chartered Accountant and was the financial manager of the Company
prior to this appointment. He has been in the employment of the
Company in excess of 7 years and has deep understanding and
knowledge of the Company and its related subsidiaries and
associates.

The Board takes this opportunity to express their appreciation to
Imraan and extends its best wishes for his future endeavours.
The Board further advises that Mr Ismet Amod (“Ismet”) has been
appointed to the Board of Directors as a non-executive director
effective 31 October 2019.

We wish both Brent and Ismet well in their new positions.
