RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board) wishes to advise that Ms. Kirsten Emily King will be
resigning as Financial Director of the Company effective from 28 February 2020 as she is
emigrating to the United Kingdom.

The board thanks Ms King for the sterling job she did in her position as Financial Director of
the Company and wishes every success in respect of her future endeavours in the United
Kingdom.
