NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at
16H00, local time, 09H00 Eastern Time, on November 20, 2019, at President Place, 6th Floor, Cnr.
Jan Smuts Avenue and Bolton Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa, to transact the business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting which can be found on Net1’s website at

Net1’s Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on September 27, 2019, as the record date
for determining shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
