UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS
ENDED 31 AUGUST 2019

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue decreased by 14% to R16.706 million, from R19.430 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Headline loss per share (“HLPS”) decreased by 62.5% % to -0.03 cents per share, from
     -0.08 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share (“LPS”) decreased by 62.5% to -0.03 cents per share, from -0.08 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.
