AMENDMENT TO FORM OF PROXY


Shareholders are referred to the No Change Statement and Notice of Annual General Meeting announcement
released on SENS on 8 October 2019.

It has come to the attention of the Company that ordinary resolution number 5.2, as set out in the Form of Proxy
incorporated in Putprop’s 2019 integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2019 (“2019 IAR”) and
distributed to shareholders on 8 October 2019, refers to the ‘Endorsement of remuneration policy’ instead of
‘Endorsement of the implementation report’.

The Form of Proxy incorporated in the 2019 IAR has now been replaced with an amended Form of Proxy which
correctly refers to ordinary resolution number 5.2 as ‘Endorsement of the implementation report’, and is available
on the Company’s website, www.putprop.co.za/integrated-reports.html

The aforementioned does not affect the validity of any Proxy Form already submitted or to be submitted in respect
of all resolutions to be presented at the annual general meeting of Putprop to be held at 11:00 on Wednesday, 6
November 2019.
