SUPPLEMENTARY ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SUMMARISED REVIEWED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE
12 MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2019

Shareholders are referred to the reviewed summarised interim results announcement by the
Company published on 1 October 2019. The following additional information is provided:

The consolidated interim results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2019 have been reviewed by
Nexia SAB&T who expressed an unmodified opinion thereon. The auditor’s review report, which is
available for inspection at the Company's registered office, contained details of a material
uncertainty related to Going Concern, as follows:

“We draw attention to the going concern note and other commentary of the condensed
consolidated interim financial statements which indicates that there is an ongoing liquidation order
instituted by the financiers at year end, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as
set forth in this going concern section of the condensed consolidated interim financial statements,
indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to
continue as a going concern. Our review conclusion is not modified in respect of this matter.”
