CORRECTION TO DIRECTORS’ REPORT INCLUDED IN THE INTEGRATED ANNUAL
REPORT AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s 2019 Integrated Annual Report (“Annual Report”)
and the Company’s Annual Financial Statements (“AFS”) for the year ended 31 March 2019
(together, “the Reports”), which were circulated to shareholders on 29 July 2019, and available
on the Company’s website, www.hplr.co.za

The Reports circulated on 29 July 2019, referenced the final dividend in respect of the year
ended 31 March 2019 as 40 cents per share instead of 28 cents per share as was declared
and announced to shareholders on 23 May 2019 and paid on 18 June 2019.

Shareholders are advised that the Reports have been updated for a correction to the
“Dividends” paragraph in the Director’s Report on page 10 of the AFS and page 33 of the
Annual Report as follows:

“DIVIDENDS
During the course of the year the Company declared and paid an interim dividend of 14 cents
per share on 18 December 2018, and two special dividends, one of 75 cents per share paid
on 18 December 2018 and another of 80 cents per share paid on 18 February 2019. The
Board declared a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2019 of 28 cents per
share on 23 May 2019 which was paid on 18 June 2019.”
