PUBLICATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTS TO THE BASE PROSPECTUSES IN RESPECT OF
NOTES, WARRANTS AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE NOTE, WARRANT AND
CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (the “Programme”)

The Issuers prepared the second supplement dated 30 September 2019 (the
"Second Supplement in respect of Notes") which is supplemental to, and
should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 3 June 2019
(the "Base Prospectus in respect of Notes"), in respect of Notes issued
under the Programme.

The Issuers prepared the second supplement dated 30 September 2019 (the
"Second Supplement in respect of Warrants") which is supplemental to,
and should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated
3 June 2019 (the "Base Prospectus in respect of Warrants"), in respect
of Warrants issued under the Programme.

The Issuers prepared the second supplement dated 30 September 2019 (the
"Second Supplement in respect of Certificates") which is supplemental
to, and should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated
3 June 2019 (the "Base Prospectus in respect of Certificates"), in
respect of Certificates issued under the Programme.

The Second Supplement in respect of Notes, the Second Supplement in
respect of Warrants and the Second Supplement in respect of Certificates
are collectively referred to as the “Supplements”.
