ANNOUNCEMENT IN TERMS OF SECTION 3.64(h) OF THE JSE LIMITED LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS


In compliance with paragraph 3.64(h) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“Listings Requirements”),
the following information is disclosed:


On 30 September 2019, the following persons have disposed of and acquired shares in Spalding
Investments 10 Proprietary Limited (“Spalding”), which currently holds a 7.69% beneficial interest in the
securities of PBT Group, thereby affecting their indirect exposure to the share price of PBT Group, as
indicated below:


Vernon Strauss, an executive director of a major subsidiary, PBT Technology Service Proprietary Limited
has reduced his interest in Spalding to 9.68% from 33.3% and Spalding is no longer an associate of Mr
Strauss as defined in the Listings Requirements.


Elizna Read, an executive director of a major subsidiary, PBT Technology Service Proprietary Limited, has
acquired an interest in Spalding of 41.94%


Bianca Pieters, the company secretary of PBT Group, has acquired a 9.68% interest in Spalding.

Clearance, to the extent that this may be required, to act in the manner set out above was obtained from
PBT Group.
