Distribution of Integrated Annual Report

The Company's integrated annual report including the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30
June 2019, together with the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) has been distributed to shareholders
today 1 October 2019.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2nd AGM of shareholders of ARC Investments will be held on on Monday, 18 November 2019 at 15H00
(UTC/GMT+4 hours), at the Intercontinental Trust Limited, New York boardroom, Level 3, Alexander House, 35
Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius, to consider and, if deemed fit to pass, with or without modification, the ordinary
and special resolutions set out in the notice of the AGM and to deal with such other business as may lawfully be
dealt with at the AGM.

Salient dates
The record date by when persons must be recorded as shareholders in the securities register of the Company to
be entitled to receive the Notice of AGM is Friday, 20 September 2019.

The record date in order to be recorded as a shareholder in the securities register of the Company to be entitled
to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 08 November 2019. Therefore, the last day to trade to be
recorded in the securities register of the Company as a shareholder on the aforementioned record date is
Tuesday, 05 November 2019.

Proxies
Forms of proxy for the annual general meeting to be lodged preferably by Thursday, 14 November 2019 at
15H00 (UTC/GMT+ 4 hours).

Any forms of proxy not lodged by this time must be handed to the transfer secretaries or chairman of the AGM
immediately prior to the proxy exercising a shareholder’s right at the AGM.
