2019.

statements were audited by BDO Audit Pty Ltd and their audit opinion is

Auditors’ report includes the following emphasis of matter paragraph:

“We draw attention to Note 1(a) in the financial report, which indicates
that the Group incurred a net loss of $6.0 million (2018: $10.3 million)
and used net cash in operating activities of $5.8 million (2018: $5.8
million) during the year ended 30 June 2019. As stated in Note 1(a),
these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in
Note 1(a), indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast
significant doubt on the Company’s and Group’s ability to continue as a
going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.”
