TREASURY SHARES REPURCHASE AND CANCELLATION OF SHARES

Shareholders are advised that the Sabvest Group has undertaken a transaction in terms
of which 350,000 Sabvest ‘N” ordinary shares, previously held as treasury shares
(“Treasury Shares”), were repurchased based on the market price of the Treasury
Shares on close of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on Friday, 20 September 2019.

The repurchased Treasury Shares will be delisted with effect from the commencement of
trade on or about Monday, 30 September 2019, and will thereafter be cancelled.
