CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of ISA (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following appointments to the Board, with
effect from 19 September 2019:

-       Onica Banyana Seku has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member
        of the Audit and Risk Committee.

        Onica has a wealth of experience in the telecommunications and financial accounting sectors and
        is currently the Country Financial Officer at Mobax South Africa Proprietary Limited, a leading
        African telecommunication technology group. Prior to this, Onica has consulted to companies in the
        construction and investment sectors, in addition to having held the positions of Chief Financial
        Officer for Lenovo South Africa and Lena and Executive Head of Financial Controls for Vodacom
        Mozambique, having previously contracted to Vodacom Mauritius Limited and Vodacom Congo.

-       Clarissa Pillay has been appointed as a non-executive director.

        Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Kwazulu
        Natal. She is currently an Attorney at Strauss Daly Incorporated, a legal firm in South Africa. She
        has practised within the Corporate Advisory and Forensic Services departments in both the private
        and public sector for over six years. Clarissa, who is a member of the Law Society of Northern
        Provinces and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, has also been a Transaction Advisor,
        Litigator and forensic Investigator for various entities not limited to Transnet (SOC) Limited, the
        Lufhureng Development Project in Soweto and Mota-Engil Contruction South Africa.


The Board welcomes Onica and Clarissa and looks forward to their contributions to the Company.
