On 11 September 2019, the duly appointed business rescue practitioners , Dave Lake and Peter van den Steen, convened the Meeting of Creditors of Group Five Limited and Group Five Construction (Pty) Limited to consider the Business Rescue Plan for each entity at separate meetings in terms of sections 151 and 152 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act"). Results of meeting Group Five Limited The total voting interests present at the meeting in person and/or by proxy amounted to 97,6%. One Hundred percent (100%) of the total voting interests voted in person and/or by proxy at the meeting in favour of the adoption of the Business Rescue Plan. Group Five Construction (Pty) Limited The total voting interests present at the meeting in person and/or by proxy amounted to 88%.
