NOTIFICATION OF PRESENTATION TO ANALYSTS

Shareholders are advised that a presentation on the Company’s condensed
consolidated audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2019 will be made to
analysts at 09:00 on Friday, 13 September 2019, at the Company’s offices in Ottery,
Cape Town.

The presentation will be available on Bowler Metcalf’s website at www.bowler.co.za at
or about that time.

The results for the year ended 30 June 2019 are expected to be released on SENS on or
about 11 September 2019.
