OFFER TO SUBSCRIBE FOR SHARES UNDER THE GENERAL AUTHORITY TO ISSUE SHARES FOR
CASH


Shareholders are advised that Labat has received an offer from an International Investor
to subscribe for 44 900 000 (Forty four million nine hundred thousand) ordinary shares at a
subscription price of R0.85 (eighty five cents), under the general authority to issue shares
for cash, subject to the required South African Reserve Bank approval.

The subscription will be in terms of the general authority to issue shares for cash which
approval was granted by Labat shareholders at the company's annual general meeting
held on 26 February 2019 and constitutes 15% of the number of equity securities in issue
prior to the general issue. The international investor is not a related party to Labat.

Shareholders are advised that a further announcement will be made once the
agreement and payment of the shares has been concluded.
