RESIGNATION OF GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In accordance with the Listing Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange and the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") hereby
notifies its Shareholders that Mr Heinrich Mathiam Stander ("Hein") has resigned as the
Group Chief Financial Officer ("Group CFO") of the Company with effect from 5 September
2019.

The resignation follows the extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on 4
September 2019 ("EGM"), wherein the Shareholders rejected to re-elect Hein as a director of
the Company. The Board will convene on Monday 9 September 2019 to determine the
replacement of the Group CFO and the Shareholders will be updated thereafter.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Hein for his
valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
