CHANGE TO BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr Tapiwa Ngara has been appointed as an alternate non-executive director to Mr
S Sithole on the Sun International Board, with effect from Monday 16 September 2019.
Tapiwa, who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), is an experienced corporate finance
professional who currently serves as an Associate Investment Director at Value Capital Partners
(Pty) Ltd. Previously, he fulfilled the roles as Group Corporate Development Manager at Vivo
Energy Plc in the UK, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions execution, and as
an investment banker at Goldman Sachs based in London.
Tapiwa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from London Business School,
where he graduated with Distinction.
The Board welcomes Tapiwa as an alternate non-executive director to Sun International and looks
forward to his contribution to the group.
