Ms Kholeka Mzondeki as an independent non-executive director with
effect from 1 September 2019.

Ms Mzondeki (ACCA - UK, BComm, Dip Investment Management) has extensive
experience as a financial executive and serves as independent non-
executive director on a number of boards, including Balwin Properties
Limited and Telkom SA SOC Limited.
