Secondary Listing on A2X

Invicta is pleased to advise shareholders that its ordinary and preference shares will be listed and
traded on A2X with effect from Tuesday, 13 August 2019 (the “A2X listing date”).

Invicta will retain its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) and its issued
share capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X. Invicta’s ordinary and preference
shares will be available to be traded on both the JSE and A2X from the A2X listing date.

A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies
and is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority in South Africa in terms of the
Financial Markets Act, 19 of 2012.
