CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Sun International on SENS on
24 May 2019 pertaining to the proposed merger between Sun Dreams and certain gaming assets
of Marina ("the Transaction"). The Transaction is a Category 1 transaction in terms of the JSE
Listings Requirements.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the JSE has granted the Company a further extension in
relation to the posting date of the circular relating to the Transaction until 26 August 2019.
Shareholders will be advised in due course of the salient dates and times relating to the
Transaction and the general meeting of Shareholders to be convened in order to consider and
vote on the resolutions required in respect of the Transaction.
