Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (the “Company” and with its subsidiaries the “Group”)


The Company has today published its unaudited Half-year Report, including the Condensed
Financial Statements, for the six-months ended 31 March 2019. This report is available on the
Company’s website http://steinhoffinternational.com/

Steinhoff will host an Investor Presentation on 13 August 2019 at a venue in Cape Town (with
dial-in and webcast access) - further details in this regard will be provided in due course.

In addition, as previously announced the AGM will be held on 30 August 2019, in Amsterdam.
The Notice of AGM will be issued shortly.

Shareholders and other investors in the Company are advised to exercise caution when
