property known as Orion House, as first announced on 26 February 2019, the Company’s

Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001 to 3rd Floor, 26 Wellington Road, Parktown, Johannesburg,
2193 with effect from 1 July 2019.

The Company’s registered postal address will remain the same, being PO Box 31416,
Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2017.
