CREDITORS APPROVE THE EXTENSION OF THE PUBLICATION DATE OF THE
BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN OF THE COMPANY TO 30 AUGUST 2019
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 20 June 2019 which contained
the second monthly update on the business rescue proceedings, during which it was
announced that the business rescue practitioners (“BRPs”) were seeking approval from the
majority of the Company’s creditors to extend the publication date of the business rescue plan
from 28 June 2019 to 30 August 2019 given the complexity of the business rescue
proceedings.
Shareholders are advised that approval was received from the requisite majority of the
Company’s creditors. Accordingly, the publication date for the business rescue plan has been
extended to 30 August 2019.
Shareholders are further advised that regular updates of the business rescue proceedings are
available on the Company’s website (www.g5.co.za).
