NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR

Shareholders are advised that, in terms of paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
the board of directors have appointed BDO South Africa Incorporated (“BDO”) as the Company’s
external auditors for the financial year ending 30 June 2019, with Mr Sergio Vittone acting as the
designated audit partner.

The appointment of BDO is subject to the approval by shareholders at the Company’s next annual
general meeting.

The Company initiated the termination of the appointment of Pricewaterhouse Coopers Inc, effective
30 June 2019.The board of directors believe that BDO is better suitable as auditors for the size and
nature of Unicorn’s operations, taking into account the reduction in the size of the Group over the
past years.
