UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 7 May 2019 in respect of the proposed
change of name of the Company to ‘Bauba Resources Limited’ (“Change of Name”) and the Results of General
Meeting announcement released on SENS on 5 June 2019 wherein shareholders were advised that, inter alia,
the resolution approving the Change of Name was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.

Shareholders are advised that the Company is still awaiting registration of the resolution by the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission ("CIPC"). As a result, the salient dates and times announced on SENS on
7 May 2019 pertaining to the Change of Name are no longer applicable. A further announcement setting out a
revised timetable will be made as soon as CIPC has registered the resolution.
