Results of General Meeting
Reference is made to the circular distributed to shareholders of Tsogo Sun (“Shareholders”) on 23 May 2019 (“the
Circular”) and the Company’s notice to convene the General Meeting held today, Monday, 24 June 2019 (“the
General Meeting”) at which Shareholders were requested to consider and if deemed fit, pass the ordinary and
special resolutions set out in the notice of the General Meeting.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement bear the same meaning as the capitalised and defined terms used in
the Circular.
The total number of shares voted in person or by proxy at the General Meeting including abstentions was
963 301 920, representing 90.80% of Tsogo Sun’s issued share capital as at Friday, 17 May 2019, being the Voting
Record Date.
