CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of changes to the
Board of Directors (“Board”) of enX.

Mr Mpho Makwana will step down as Chairman of the Board and as non-executive Director at the next
Board meeting scheduled for 24 July 2019. The Board extends its appreciation to Mr Makwana who has
been a non-executive Director since 1 February 2014 and served as Chairman since January 2018. Mr
Makwana served as the lead independent director during the strategic transformation of enX and in
particular the acquisition of Eqstra Group Limited.

Dr Steve Booysen, who has been a non-executive Director of the Company since 8 November 2016 has
been appointed as Mr Makwana’s successor. Dr Booysen is currently chairman of the Assets and Liabilities
committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Investment Committee, Remuneration
Committee and Nominations Committee. Mr Makwana will assist Dr Booysen in a smooth handover of
responsibilities up until 24 July 2019.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Makwana for his strong guidance and leadership in transforming the
Company since 1 January 2014 into what it is today. The Board also wishes Dr Booysen well in the next
phase of the Company’s evolution.
