Annual General Meeting - Change of Venue

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 30 April 2019 whereby notice was given to
Shareholders of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Friday, 28 June 2019 (the
“Announcement”).

Shareholders are hereby notified that the venue of the AGM has changed from that published in the
Announcement and referred to in the notice of the AGM. The AGM will now be held at Suite 1, Perrieri Office
Suites, C2-302, Level 3, Office Block C, La Croisette, Grand Baie, 3051, Republic of Mauritius.

Shareholders who cannot attend the AGM can access the meeting on Starleaf via the following link:

The date and time of the AGM remain the same, that is Friday, 28 June 2019 at 15:00 (GMT +4).
