RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are hereby advised that at the annual general meeting of the Company held at
14:00, Wednesday, 5 June 2019, at The Protea Hotel, Techno Avenue, Techno Park,
Stellenbosch (“AGM”), all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities of the
Company’s shareholders.
