Subsequent to the publication of the Company's quarterly results for the three months ended 31 December 2018 (the "quarterly results"), which results indicated that the majority of the Company's revenue was generated by its direct and indirect property investments, Lighthouse applied to FTSE Russell for a subsector reclassification from Equity Investment Instruments to the Real Estate Holding and Development subsector (the "application"). Shareholders are advised that the Company's application for reclassification has been successful, and that Lighthouse will be included in the Real Estate Holding and Development subsector of the list with effect from 24 June 2019.
