AUDITORS’ QUALIFIED REVIEW OPINION IN RESPECT OF THE REVIEWED PROVISIONAL
CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
28 FEBRUARY 2019

Shareholders are referred to the announcement containing the reviewed provisional
condensed consolidated annual financial results for the year ended 28 February 2019
released on SENS on 3 June 2019 (“the Results”).

The Results contained an extract from the auditors’ review opinion regarding the
valuation of a donation of R14 470 932 in Huge made by the ConnectNet Vendors
and the Huge Board’s response to that opinion (“the Donation”).

Shareholders are advised that the auditors have issued a qualified review opinion in
relation to the accounting treatment of the Donation.
