(“AMIRE”)

Both of the above portfolios being in the Cloud Atlas Collective
Investment Scheme in Securities, registered as such in terms of the
Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.

Delay in release of audited financial statements for the year ending
31 December 2018

Unit holders in the AMIB50 and AMIRE portfolios ("the Portfolios")
are referred to paragraph 19.20(d) and 3.23 to 3.25 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE which requires an issuer of specialist
securities to issue their audited financial results within 4 months
of such issuers year end, failing which the JSE shall annotate such
issuer and suspend such issuer if the above financials are not released
by the end of the fifth month following the year end of such issuer.

Accordingly, the audited financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2018 ("2018 Financials") for both Portfolios should have been
released by the latest on 31 May 2019 to avoid suspension of the
Portfolios.

The 2018 Financials however will not be released by 31 May 2019 due
to a combination of a change of auditors, the time taken to complete
the process of issuing a request for proposal to appoint new auditors
and the audit procedures between incoming and outgoing auditors taking
longer than anticipated.

Cloud Atlas (RF) Proprietary Limited, the manager of the Portfolios
(the "Manager") provided representation to the JSE on why trading in
the Portfolios should not be suspended.

Based on the representations provided the JSE agreed that an extension
will be granted to the Portfolios allowing for the 2018 Financials to
be released by latest 14 June 2019, failing which trading in the
Portfolios will be suspended.

To ensure the timely submission of the 2018 Financials the Manager
has liaised with the current auditors about outstanding procedures
and additional resources have been made available to assist in any
queries and ensure that the auditors have all the required information
to conclude the audit.

The 2018 Financials are expected to be released on 14 June 2019.
