CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of ISA
(“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Denzil Perreira has resigned as an independent non-
executive director, Chairperson of the Board and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, with immediate
effect.

As a result, shareholders are advised that ordinary resolution 1, “Re-election of retiring director – Denzil
Perreira” and ordinary resolution 4, “Appointment as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee – Denzil
Perreira” are withdrawn from consideration at the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held at 10:00 on
Wednesday, 26 June 2019 at the registered office of ISA situated at Block 9, Pinewood Office Park, 33 Riley
Road, Woodmead, Sandton.

The Board would like to express sincere gratitude to Mr Perreira for his valuable contribution to the Company
over the last 21 years, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Board will commence the process to appoint a new Chairperson and shareholders will be advised once
an appointment has been made.
