ASX LISTING



Unitholders are referred to the announcement made on 3 May 2019 and are advised that IAPF has been admitted to the
Official List of the ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Tuesday, 28 May 2019, on a deferred settlement basis.

Following the ASX listing, the Fund is dual primary listed on the ASX and the JSE and has applied for its delisting on the
Bermuda Stock Exchange.
