TRADING STATEMENT


Shareholders are advised that it is reasonably certain that, for the financial year
ended 31 March 2019:

   -   the headline earnings per share are expected to be between 542 and
       547 cents per share, representing an increase of between 0,1% and 1%
       as compared to the headline earnings of 541,5 cents per share reported
       for the financial year ended 31 March 2018, and

   -   the earnings per share are expected to be between 270 and 298 cents
       per share, representing a decrease of between 45% and 50% as
       compared to the earnings of 541,4 cents per share reported for the
       financial year ended 31 March 2018. This is the result of the impairment
       of intangible assets previously recognised in respect of Classic 1027
       which is a non-recurring item.

Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of finalising its
results for the period concerned and it is expected that these results will be
released on SENS on or about 31 May 2019.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company’s auditors.
