Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 22 May 2019, redeemed 100 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 979,515 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 13 040 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 137 547.029 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
